I want to start making some changes & take better care of myself. It really helps me to write things out so here are some things I want to work on.
- Be in bed before 12, wake before 8-9
- Workout for 60 min everyday
- Yoga 3-5x week
- Drink 30oz of water daily
- Start eating Gluten and chemical free!
- Run (or attempt to) 2-3x week, hip permitting
- Meditate 15-30 minutes every day
- Attend a group sit every week
- Read for 1+ hour daily
- Avoid mindlessly checking Facebook, tumblr, twitter
I do some of these things but not as regularly as I would like.

I started this blog as a means of collecting insiration for my yoga practice and fitness goals. I had hip surgery in Nov/11 and am working towards slowly getting back into shape. I am a buddhist and love yoga for all of its wonderful benefits- mind, body, and spirit.
I really want this blog to include a lot of communication with my followers so that we can support each other and share experiences. If you follow I will follow back because I honestly want to know you all! Feel free to submit anything and never hesitate to leave something in my ask.
